Stucco!
The stucco crew came with about 15 guys which made this leg of the journey relatively painless. (Aside from finding out the entire back wall of the garage was falling off. Of course they fixed it but the added expense was about the price of a fairly nice vacation.) The place was built in 1927. There are bound to be things crumbling. Anyway, if you need to match textures on an older building, these guys are great!
